Steam and heat shrink sleeving
For where you need custom product labelling, product twinning or tamper evident seals. Blue Frog Packing can provide both heat and high quality steam sleeving solutions for a wide range of markets, including cosmetics, food and soft drinks.
Our Norden tube filler likes to be kept busy and we welcome the opportunity to fill tubes with liquids, pastes, creams and gels.
Laminated tube sizes we work with range from 19 to 50mm for
10 to 300ml filling capacity. Various seal finishes are available so please feel free to discuss your requirements.
Promotional and contract packing
Whether it’s assembling point of sale or counter product display units, we can deal with it. We also offer other service such as spot-gluing, sticking and pallet-based packing services. In addition to this we can provide you with quality control services to ensure your products are exactly the way you need them.
Fulfilment and outsourced warehousing
Why pay for the fixed costs of maintaining your own warehouse when you can outsource it to us? Our Blue Frog stock management system ensures that your goods are securely located and managed. We specialise in picking goods to order and despatching them to your timescales, whether it is orders from your e-commerce website or stock replenishment for your retail outlet. We also act as a ‘drop shipper’ where we receive your container of goods directly from the manufacturer and despatch for you.
Rework and stock reclamation
Our rework services include de-labelling and over-labelling your products, as well as clearing up your damaged goods and repackaging. We are also able to produce and apply bar code labels where required. Our rework services mean that you can reduce your product wastage and maximise your profits.
Gift & general pack make-up
Ok, so most companies can place items in a vac form and put them into a crash erect box and we can too. In truth though we relish the more difficult and complex pack make-up as it is this type of work that give an organisation the opportunity to shine.
